This class is based on the teachings of the beginning class, using strong emphasis on construction and technique.
The first session is devoted to the Muddler Minnow and how to properly shape the collar and head using a razor and scissors. Plus practice.
The second session is devoted to the proper construction of a extended body steelhead flies and how they relate to tube flies in construction and use. Plus practice.
The third session is devoted to the proper construction and application of a tent style steelhead wing using Goose shoulder.
Plus Practice.
The fourth is devoted to tying a perfect parachute extended body fly and its applications in the field. Plus Practice.
